My son left his mobile phone in the back of an Uber on the way out on Saturday evening and the staff (Sara and the main manager) were very helpful in tracking down the Uber driver and securing his phone back. i cannot fault the staff. If you want to order food to the hotel because they only have one restaurant, don't worry they will only charge you 30 euros to bring outside food into the hotel."
