"We were so impressed with the staff at the hotel. We showed up for check-in the day of the nationwide power outage. The staff was still able to get our room ready, get us all set up with our baby, and help many others during this crisis. I can’t imagine how stressful the day must have been for the staff, but they were incredible with everyone. No stores were open so my family hadn’t eaten all day and the staff was able to get meals for guests. We appreciated everything they did for us."

"This hotel is fantabulous! The property itself is remarkable, it is right on the coast and the views are impeccable. The staff is fantastic, the service is great, the food is good and the breakfast buffet is delightful! Very close to town and the beach and centered to everything. The rooms are so chic but my only negative note is, the conditioner is the absolute worst! So bring your own! Trust me on this one. The train station is a block away and Ubers and taxis are readily available. The front desk staff is so beyond helpful with every detail, specially explaining how to get around town and what to visit. They can arrange everything for you but don’t use the hotels transportation services, you’ll be paying 3 times more than an Uber’s cost. Enjoy Caiscais! A magical place! "

"Very stylish hotel with cleverly integrated modern extension onto older building. Lovely gardens with good pool and tranquil seating options. It's a 15 minute walk to the centre of Cascais, not too far and ensures a peaceful setting. On-street parking that requires purchase of permit, needing change to feed meter (80 cents/hour, between 0900-2000, IIRC)."
