Panoramic views of Lake Estes, Stanley Hotel, Lumpy Ridge, and Twin Owls from the private patio. Enjoy watching deer and elk pass as they pass through on their way to Lake Estes. Quiet neighborhood, the home sits on a spacious private acre lot. Enjoy summer evenings on the patio around the fire pit after a meal cooked on the outdoor grill. They were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. This is an awesome place to stay. It was very clean and there was plenty of room for four adults. We were there in mid September and there were elk in the yard of and on the whole week! We even saw a bear! Its a quick walk downtown. The owners were so prompt when we had questions or concerns. The owner even brought out an air compressor to help inflate one of my car tires!! We had four adults and one infant and it didn't feel tight or cramped. The bedroom attached to the living room with the sliding doors was not very noise cancelling if people were in the living room but other than that it was just fine for our needs. The listing was exactly what we got. You can tell the hosts travel and use VRBO because the house had everything we needed for our stay including condiments, coffee, grocery bags, a small cooler, and even small day packs and trekking poles to use! We saw Elk and their calves directly outside our door! Dick, one of the owners who lives on the top floor was extremely nice and easy to talk to but also let you do your thing and just wanted to make sure we were having a good time! The stay also included two passes for the mountain coaster which was super fun!
