Spacious 3 bed 2 bath 1,850 sq ft condo with a nice balcony. This 2nd foor condo has a beautiful panoramic lake view and a 1 car attached garage. The master bedroom is seperated from the other two bedrooms. The condo has a large kitchen and dining room. There is a bar top and small kitchen table as well.
There are several pools, a hot tub, sauna, tennis center with 5 courts, state of the art fitness center and an olympic sized lap pool. There are many upscale shops and restaurants just a short walk away. You are 15 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico and within 25 minutes of Naples, Sanibel & Captiva Island and Fort Myers Beach. Great location!
