This Open and Spacious 3-bedroom and 2-bath home sleeps 6 guests, with 2 King Beds and 1 Full Bed. High Ceilings, Open Concept, Completely Repainted and Updated for Your Enjoyment. Have all of the conveniences of home with everything you want to do on vacation at your fingertips, within minutes of your location. Whether you want to golf, swim, play tennis, pickleball, soccer field, bocce and shuffleboard courts, basketball and volleyball courts, a clubhouse, a community pool and hot tub, a fishing pier, fitness center, library, BBQ and picnic area, playground for the kids, or prefer shopping, dining and going to the beach, we have it all. Come enjoy sitting outside by the pool in the morning having your cup of coffee and watching the deer come to the lanai and the pond behind the house to drink some water. You have many beaches to choose from that are within a short drive. Stoneybrook is located in the center of it all. It is a 10-minute drive to the Southwest Florida Airport. It is within walking distance of Publix, CVS, Miramar Outlets, FGCU University, and many restaurants. Both the Gulf Coast Center and Coconut Point Mall are a 10-minute drive. If you love sports, you can enjoy hockey at the Hertz Arena or baseball at Jet Blue Park. You will have easy access to the I-75 and US-41, Fort Myers Beach, Bonita Beach, Lovers Key, Vanderbilt, South Naples, Tigertail, Marco Island Beaches, and many more. It is less than a 2-hour drive to Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Tampa and less than a 3-hour drive to Orlando. \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* REQUIREMENT: All our guests must be approved through our Community Association by way of a lease application. This application must be submitted and approved a minimum of "30 days prior" to the first date of the stay. Based on this requirement, it is recommended to book 45-60 days prior to your desired stay in order to fulfill this requirement. There is a $250 USD fee per adult ($40 per person under 18) which is the responsibility of the lessee and is paid in advance to the hoa directly and is non-refundable. The contact information for the hoa to complete the application will be provided upon rental approval. The problem we had was when we checked in to the property. Our name was not registered at the gate and we were not given the correct lock code. In addition we were not able to communicate with the owner. If it was not for a neighbor we would not have been able to get into the property.Also the bedsheets were not change and one of the first things we needed to do was wash sheet on the night we arrived. ##### Michael H.
