Booked two rooms. One room had no issues, and the kids were happy with their space. Unfortunately, the other room had a heating problem during a NYC deep freeze. The first night, the temperature was around 63°F. I contacted the front desk the next day, and they promptly sent a very polite and professional technician. The heat improved, though it didn’t fully reach a comfortable level; the second night it maxed out at 66°F.
During checkout, Carolyn handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. She took the time to listen and made sure I felt satisfied with how the issue was addressed. Thank you, Carolyn.

The location is in the National Park Patagonia Argentina, so it is very peaceful, quiet and excelent for exploring the park. The staff was really nice and friendly, they gave us some ideas what to see in the park. They also offer diner.
