Getafe seems to be a residential suburb of Madrid so it's a lot quieter and slower than the city itself, but for our family that was rather nice: we could get into town in under half an hour from the nearby train station, then come back for a quiet evening in Getafe. "Room was modern, spacious and comfortable, kept clean on a daily basis. Friendly staff. Location was ok, about 15 minutes walk to Getafe Centro (metro and rail). Hotel is set back from the main roads, so quiet. A pleasant stay."
