Good hotel in a good location. Rooms very stuffy as there is no air conditioning and windows cannot be left open due to proximity to Frankfurt airport.

Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly.
Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!!
No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

The hotel was booked last minute and was a good Stay, the breakfast was actually very good but it is farther away from the train station, the bathroom was nice and the manager on duty was also nice. Thank you

The hotel is a free 10-minute shuttle ride away from the terminal. Because it was away from the terminal it is very quiet. The staff were great. Got a good night sleep for our long flight home.

Stayed overnight then caught the Frankfurt airport shuttle. The staff was nice, understanding and accommodating. The room was perfect with a great shower and beds.
