"Lovely couple hosts, always happy to help if needed. The spaces are clean, and the modern kitchen is available if you’d like to prepare a meal. The house has a back garden and safe off-street parking, and it was a quiet place to sleep. One small suggestion would be to update the bath towels. Fresh, good-sized towels make a big difference for comfort and give guests that extra feeling of care and quality during their stay. "Stayed in a Panorama suite. Amazing views of Brussels. Plenty of space for three. Note: large sofa is not a sleeper so will need to pay for an extra rollaway. Access to the longer for snacks and light food. Beautiful restaurant and the breakfast was good."

"THe location is perfect, next to MetroRogier, 5 min walk from Brussels North Station (one station from the airport), and 10 min walk to the city centre. THe hotel has a large gym with 6 treadmills and other equipment and a swimming pool on the roof top. Everything is spacious including the room. The staff is friendly, but not responding well. For example, the shower and sink are not draining to make flooding of water to the entire bathroom and the living room. I mentioned this to the reception desk several times, but not fixed. Room cleaner forgot something almost every day.-- all are minor things, but annoying."

"Perfect for our needs. Right in the heart of Brussels. The breakfast and bar were well appointed with plenty of choice. Staff were helpful and accomplished. The gym reopened during our stay which we appreciated. The swimming pool was in great demand because of the very hot weather so we sadly gave it a miss. The public underground car park was immediately opposite the hotel and was pristine and secure."
