Quand nous sommes arrivés avec notre réservation aux environs de17 heures , il y avait personne pour nous accueillir . Nous sommes restés jusqu’à19 heures à attendre . Quand la responsable était enfin arrivée, elle nous faisait savoir que nous la chambre avait été réservée à d’autres personnes et que nous devions demander à ce qu’on nous annule la réservation ce qui était vraiment difficile pour nous de faire . La responsable nous avait proposé deux choix ,soit nous héberger sous des tentes installées dans le salon ou dans la cour ,dans un tout petit habrit de deux petites chambres toutes toutes petites , avec des lits superposés où il faisait très chaud , sans toilette où nous avions passé la nuit .
En conclusion vous devez être honnête et respectueux envers les clients.

We notified Susan’s Villas we would be arriving a couple of hours early on day of reservation with hope to be able to park our car. Prompt response. Our room was ready upon arrival. We were met by Alice who gave us tour and instructions. Our unit had general room with couch, tv, table, 2 chairs, small refrigerator and microwave. Good sized bathroom with great shower and a bedroom. Entire unit was so clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served every morning by Alice and Jacky. They could not be more attentive. Beautiful backyard garden and seating area. We were only a couple of blocks from the very busy, tourist filled area of Clifton Hills but our villa was very quiet and peaceful in a residential setting. The price for staying at such a gem can’t be beat. If a single or couple, I highly recommend.

Very cute Inn and very well situated.
However the bed wasn't very comfortable, very hard. And the shower head was sooo powerful it would flood the bathroom every time. Would I stay there again? Yes.
