"Rooms were classically comfortable. Bathroom heated floor and smart toilet were a step up. The room had a kettle for hot water with tea bags and minfridge with milk & cream. There was no coffee machine but coffee urn outside room before 9am was fine for early starters. Coffee urn for room could be ordered by calling the desk. Access to second storey rooms and 3rd floor loft rooms were only accessible via stairs (no elevator). Lounge and dining room were upscale."

From the first gal who found us a room early as our flight arrived in the morning, to the maid who promptly delivered extra amenities, to the driver's Jag and Reid who drop you off wherever you need to go, to the friendly staff in the restaurant who serve delicious food. Everyone we encountered was so welcoming and helpful, I couldn't help but think with pride what a wonderful group of people to represent and emit what Canadians truly are about to anyone who visits. Definitely will be back!!"
