Simon went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and gave my sister and I a room that fit our needs - it is very special and not commercial like most hotels I have stayed. "There is a shortage of sun-beds in the pool....it was necessary to sit on the hard floor...like a refugee camp! Reception had a problem telling me over the phone how wo drive to the hotel within the city. Eventually we abandoned our car in a car park and found the hotel on foot, some way away.
