The house is on the outskirts of the town center and invites you to stroll through its meadows and pine groves or to explore the course of the Polendos stream. The owner tells us how she designed this house and her garden taking care of every detail, to achieve an environment of tranquility in the midst of nature. He imitated the colors of the landscape, used wood and stone and planted the native plants of this area of Segovia; although he added some architectural element of his land, Mallorca, such as the mud gutters that can be seen in the photo. The barbecue is on the porch with access to the large garden, there is a table with chairs and a sack of coal and pills to light. The spaciousness of the house and its careful decoration, together with the lush garden that surrounds it, will transfer you to a world of peace and tranquility and contact with nature. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. A huge living room with two areas, the dining room with a large table for 12 people and the fireplace, with comfortable sofas. On the top floor there is a living room, with wooden floors, where there are games and toys for the little ones and a library, with children's books. It is an ideal place for families with children and travelers with pets, who will always be welcome. At 20 meters from the house there is a sports court and in the summer months a pool is installed in the garden. The house is fully equipped, bed linen and towels, hand soap, gel and shampoo in the bathrooms, and a hair dryer. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils and also detergents, cloth, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, .... The house is on the outskirts of Casc Urbà and invites you to walk through the mountains or pine trees or to explore the Polendos river course. The owner explains how this house will be designed and the garden will be taken care of every detail, in order to advise an environment of natural tranquility. The colors of the country will be imitated, the whip will be used and the pedra will be sown and planted with native plants in this area of Segòvia; face that it will affect some architectural element of the seva terra, Mallorca, like els canalons de fang which is able to see the photo. ENGLISH Dalt la Figuera is a lovely house, categorized with four stars, situated in the small village of La Higuera, only 12 minutes from the Aqueduct and of the route of the river Pirón. The house is at the edge of the village center and invites you to stroll throught the nearby pastures and pine forest, or to enjoy the scenary along the course of the Polendos stream. The owner told us how she designed the house and the garden herself, paying great attention to every detail in order to achieve a haven of tranquility in the midst of a natural setting. Este año, elegimos la zona de Segovia y esta casa maravillosa rural, que localizamos en internet. Fue un acierto. La casa y el jardín son preciosos y muy acogedores. Tiene una amplia mesa bajo el porche que invita a largas sobremesas y una piscina ideal para los niños. Nani, la propietaria, vive en la parte baja de la casa, pero sabe dejarte tu espacio, con la tranquilidad de tenerla cerca si necesitas algo o surge algún problema. Hemos disfrutado este fin de semana de esta preciosa y cómoda casa rural. Eramos una familia de 11 personas y dos perros. La casa dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar un magnífico y relajante fin de semana en compañía de toda la familia. Es muy amplia y dispone de una gran chimenea que da un toque muy especial y acogedor. También dispone de un gran porche del que no pudimos disfrutar por las fechas en la que nos encontramos. Destacar la simpatía y el buen trato de la anfitriona, Nani, que estuvo pendiente de cualquier necesidad o consulta que pudiera surgir. Totalmente recomendable. Hola , hemos estado este fin de semana un grupo de amigos con niños y mascota, y lo hemos pasado de fabula.La casa, expectacular. Bien equipada, acogedora, en fin creo que repetiremos. La casa es preciosa y está muy bien equipada. Cuenta con una terracita muy agradable donde poder realizar barbacoas llueva o haga sol.Además, la atención de Nani es inmejorable. ##### Cristina G. La dueña es encantadora en el trato además de atenta y discreta. El porche y el jardín lo mejor de la casa si cabe. En verano la piscina es ideal para refrescarse. Hemos estados 8 adultos y una niña en la casa, todo limpio y con muchos detalles que la hacen muy acogedora. Dispone de todas las comodidades que puedas necesitar y hay una habitación llena de juguetes para los niños!!!. El jardín estupendo para relajarte, respirar aire puro y para que tus mascotas se vuelvan locos a correr. La dueña Nani un amor, pendiente de todo. Muy bien ubicada para visitar Segovia. Las habitaciones muy bien decoradas y las camas muy cómodas. Muchísima tranquilidad, ya que el pueblo es pequeñito y la casa está un poco alejada del resto de casas del pueblo. Segovia está a 10 minutos por lo que es una casa perfecta si quieres pasar el día en la ciudad y descansar por la noche en La Higuera. El trato con Nani (la propietaria) ha sido excelente, se ha preocupado por todo. Fuimos un grupo de amigas y estuvimos como en casa. La casa es enorme, muy limpia, baños nuevos, el jardín y el porche cómodísimos y una paz alrededor que hacen de la estancia un acierto seguro! Hemos ido 10 personas, con su niños(ya mayores) y una perrita. Nos ha gustado mucho, no le falta ni un detalle , la decoración exquisita, espaciosa, en fin ...me encantó.Por poner un pero, quizás demasiada vegetación en el jardín q aun así es agradable. Cómoda y con muchos detalles. Hemos pasado una semana muy agradable y descansada. El porche es un lugar estupendo y tranquilo. La casa tiene muchos detalles decorativos preciosos y está muy bien equipada. La ubicación es muy buena, a nuestro juicio, ya que se encuentra a pocos minutos de Segovia y otros destinos, pero está en el campo. Nani es muy agradable y atenta.
