I stayed at Questa Thermal & Spa Hotel in Eskişehir and had a very nice experience. The staff are especially kind and helpful, which made the stay even better. The hotel itself is comfortable and a good choice if you are planning to stay in Eskişehir. I would recommend it.

I have booked a suite and it was pretty exceptional, loved the service from check in to checkout. Everything was beyond my expectations. If I will come to Eskisahir I will definitely book Questa hotel and spa for sure.

#### Eskishahir city is so nice tourist city .
I like this 5 stars hotel because it’s comfortable, clean , friendly staff , underground car park , nice breakfast with a nice thermal mineral water pool , Turkish bath , salt bath , sauna and steam room . It’s covered all our expectations .

This hotel feels brand new. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is quite far from the city centre and there are limited dining options within walking distance. The staff were helpful, although some had only limited English.

Konaklama da söylenecek şey, özetle hizmet kötü. Personeller çok amatör. Konum çok uzakta Kütahya yolu üzerinde 20 dkyı buluyor merkez gidiş. Çıkışta eşyaları arabaya yerleştirdiğimizi söylediğimiz halde 10 dk içerisinde 2 kez resepsiyon tarafından arandık. Odada kişisel kullanılacak bornoz gibi materyaller eksikti. İstememize rağmen çok geç geldi.

2 gün gerçekten, çok güzel geçti, hem otel imkanları hem kahvaltı, hem odamız gerçekten çok güzeldi. Otelin havuzu hamamı, saunası gayet temizdi, personel in ilgi ve alakaları mükkemel ötesiydi. Tekrar tekrar gelebiliriz. Herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz. İyi bayramlar dilerim.

#### Gerçek beş yıldız deneyimi
Questa gerçekten beş yıldızlı bir otel kalitesini hissettiren bir tesis, bence bu açıdan Eskişehir'de rakipsiz. Fiyatları imkanlara göre çok uygun. Her tatilimizde keyif alıyoruz. Islak alanları özellikle termal havuz çok güzel, yeterli. Sadece Aslanbaş denen devirdaim musluğu oldukça paslanmışz bence yenilenmeli. Kahvaltı hem çeşit hem lezzet olarak oldukça iyiydi. Şehre biraz uzak olması haricinde muazzam bir otel.

Sakin sessiz huzurlu temiz ve konforlu, jakuzi alanında da termal su bulunması çok iyi ve kişisel alanda dilediğiniz keyfi ve doğa manzarasında huzuru sağlamakta. Açıkcası bu alanda söyleyebileceğim tek eksik kokulu bir mum :)
