The TV remote wouldn't operate when I pressed the appropriately marked Red on/off button. Journeyed down to reception to be told to press the No 1 channel button !! Back up ten floors come the time to sleep no button would turn it off. After searching for 10 minutes I pulled out the cable from the underside of the set wich was housed in a hardly accessible cabinet. Shower floor cracked and peeling very unhygienic. No usb sockets it's 2026

Twin room was perfect for our stay. It was clean and really spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Hotel is well located for anything you might want to do and see in Cardiff.

"The room was grubby. The shower was broken The shower waste was broken. Boxing to hide pipework unbelievably went through the shower so a good portion of the shower tray couldn’t be used. Overall the bathroom was very shoddy."
