Easy online check-in with very helpful staff providing recommendations on what to do in Bern. Stay Kooook Bern was conveniently located within the city with access to public transportation (free pass provided) while still easily walkable.

Check to make aure that the room you’re booking has air conditioning or not, especially in the summers. Not all rooms have air conditioning and it’s an extra charge to get an air conditioned room.
There is no staff in the hotel at night. And the hotel doors are locked at 10pm. So if you need something, yoobasically on your own.
Otherwise for a short stay this was the only hotel close to where i wanted to be and the stay was ok
