"Unique haunted house, we watched a tv special about property and wanted to experience its haunted history. The stay was fun , saw no ghost, but room was pleasant with it own bath was nice. Cost for room was better than other hotels for about same age and bed size. its a no frills room. Just a bed and bath.enjoyable stay.

"What an absolute gem of a place! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. It felt like we were staying in a mansion of our very own. The rooms are renovated, spacious and very clean. The beds are so soft and the robes are like being wrapped in a cloud. We had a street side room. The view was great and we didn’t find the traffic too noisy. Really appreciated the breakfast goodies. The baked good were beyond delicious! Definitely will be back."
"Very impressed with the property. Rooms were themed. Clean , comfortable and quirky. Kitchen was set up to allow for most every need. Air Conditioning was VERY Appreciated. I traveled with a friend so i appreciated the double beds that were not available else where.
Away from the city of Bisbee, but that allowed a peaceful environment. (It was a very short drive away)
Fire pit was available and was very intimate.
Definitely will look the place up if i were to visit again."
Charming 2-bedroom apartment with WiFi, AC in brilliant Bisbee
2/10 Terrible
"The property is trying the retro vibe, but they need to do a better job! Upon arrival we messaged our contact to ask how to gain access and her reply was that we should’ve received it. Well, had we received it, we wouldn’t be asking for it!
There were chairs in the living room with arm rests that came apart. We noticed cobwebs in the living area and bedroom. Not all of the outlets worked in one of the bedrooms, not to mention the disgusting stains on the carpets and pillows in both bedrooms. The throws should have been thrown out and not laid out so that guests would use the appalling things.
The pink bath tub was dirty and the shower caddy was full of leftover products from other guests. And the shower curtain liner was dirty and stained, it should’ve been replaced about five years ago.
We asked if there were paper towels for the kitchen and were informed that there weren’t, but there were plenty of kitchen towels. The kitchen towels were stained and frayed. We were given 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for four adults and it ran out by the next evening. The rolls were small, not double. So we needed to purchase some along with paper towels.
This place had so many other things which should’ve been cleaned or replaced, but it’s pointless. The vibe we received was “We want to make money, but we not going to clean and maintain our place”.
We’ll never return, nor will we recommend it to anyone. "
"The Bungalow is more than I imagined it would be. They have decorated it and equipped it in the most lovely and enticing way. It made my visit great!"
