Patio door open to garden equipped with outdoor furniture, charcoal barbecue. \- Open and fully equipped kitchen: filter and Senseo coffee makers, microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, storage. Adjacent utility room with fridge/freezer. \- Ground floor Bedroom 1: 1 140cm bed, large wardrobe, TV, TV stand. Adjoining bathroom with large walk-in shower, single washbasin, storage and towel dryer.
