A true relaxation address in complete serenity. Very friendly, this house will be the ideal base for spending memorable family holidays, discovering the region. Near the famous Kerhilio beach, this comfortable house will delight you with its location, layout, and tranquillity. The house features a spacious and bright living area, facing full South, perfect for relaxing with family. The fully equipped American kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals. You can also enjoy a dining area to share convivial moments around the table. 3 bedrooms spread between the ground floor and the first floor can accommodate up to 8 people. Upstairs, the sleeping area also includes a relaxation space that will delight the younger ones. 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets complete the ensemble. Outside, you can enjoy the garden with its garden furniture and barbecue. You also benefit from a garage to store bicycles and parking spaces in front of the property. The nearest port, Étel, is a charming village with its restaurants, bars and shops and represents the gateway to the superb Ria d'Étel. The region offers its immense beaches in the heart of preserved wild dunes, appreciated in all seasons. It is also rich in megalithic sites. On foot, enjoy the numerous hiking trails to discover and stroll among dolmens and tumuli.
