SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS With four king bedrooms, there is no wrong choice! All bedrooms include: a VIEW, crisp cotton sheets, comfortable mattresses and pillows with a variety of firmness levels to suit all guests, closets with built in drawers so you can settle in and wifi enabled TVs mounted in each bedroom. \*Note that the upstairs bedrooms do not have window coverings on the uppermost windows. If you are sensitive to light in the morning, we recommend you choose a downstairs bedroom or travel with an eye mask. The toe-to-toe twin bunk over the kind bed was designed with kids in mind, but is fun for all ages. Perfect as a kids’ or family room, or ignore the bunk altogether. OUTDOOR AREAS The covered UPPER DECK includes a dining area with seating for 10 and a gas grill, multiple lounge/seating areas and a gas fireplace with remote starter. Bring the telescope outside to gaze at the stars - the soaring rooftop means completely unobstructed views. Make your way to the LOWER DECK to take a relaxing soak in the 6 person hot tub with lounger, relax in the adirondacks, cuddle up by the fire, or try your hand at a game of darts or tiki toss. You may wonder, with all the easy to use fireplaces, why would we have a FIRE PIT, too? We created a magical fire pit area nestled in the woods and surrounded by twinkling bistro lights because sometimes you just cannot beat the smell of s’mores roasting over a real wood fire. We provide the extendable skewers and chic seating - you provide the firewood. NOTES We do not supply cable TV – all EIGHT TVs are wifi enabled smart TVs with the ability to stream your favorite apps & shows. Please bring your own USER NAME & PASSWORDS. In other words, you log into your own accounts to watch TV. We are equipped with high-speed fiber internet which you are free to connect to with any of your devices. We went on a 7 mile hike nearby and a 6 mile kayaking adventure on Toccoa river. The hot tub was perfect for after our hike. It was beautiful! Mercier Orchards is a must. The cider is amazing! The only issues we had were the locks on the sliding doors didn't function well which will be fixed soon I hope and the drive up to the home. The road is a one way dirt road with not many areas to pull over so someone can pass. We were lucky we never encountered having someone coming at us thank goodness. Its about a mile stretch thats like that. Not a deal breaker just made us nervous. It was a wonderful stay! ##### Joy S. Late 4th of July Anniversary celebration for my parents, late 30th Birthday celebration for our youngest son and an adventure for our 11 yr old daughter whom thought she loved the beach more than anything until this vacation! Emeline and Ryan are great hosts and have a wonderful cabin retreat that is so relaxing and there's something for the whole family to do! There is so much to do in Blue Ridge, McCaysville and other surrounding areas that we had so much fun and can't wait to return! The place is true to the pics advertised, if not better! It’s newly built, with gorgeous leather couches, super comfy beds, and spacious, luxurious bathrooms stocked with great products. The morning sunrise views from our bed were breathtaking with god settling in the mountain peaks. The kitchen was fully equipped—just missing dishwasher pods and towels, but the hosts quickly provided them when notified. The multi-level layout was fantastic, offering plenty of space, & even the basement-level had stunning mountain views. The hot tub was a great way to unwind each evening.We loved the outdoor areas. Sunsets from the deck were absolutely breathtaking, & we enjoyed eating both inside around the kitchen island and outside at the table. The fire pit, with string lights overhead, created a great evening vibe. I brought my hammocks; a great addition to enjoy views on the deck. Check-in had a hiccup as the code didn’t work at first, but the host resolved it quickly. Throughout the stay, communication was excellent.We saw deer and even some bears, which was a fun surprise. It’s very high up in the mountains, which makes for amazing views. The roads are steep but paved, so still manageable. Just note—it takes 20–30 min to get to town, but the scenic drive made it enjoyable.Overall, a peaceful and stylish mountain retreat we’d definitely return to. Highly recommended!
