The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 30 m² cottage for rent in Eppe-Sauvage, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. It consists of a lovely 17 m² living room (with fireplace), an equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom, and a bathroom (with bathtub). Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
\- A 17 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), double sofa bed, and dining area  
\- An open-plan kitchenette equipped with an electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hotplates, and more  
\- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)  
\- A bathroom with bathtub  
\- A separate toilet  
  
For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan.

The cottage is ideally located in Eppe-Sauvage, in a very pleasant environment. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, and more.
