Holiday Home in Epiniac near Mont-St-Michel

Situated in Epiniac, this is a 2-bedroom holiday home that makes an awesome stay for a small family or group of 5 members. You have a furnished roofed terrace to enjoy barbecue evenings and linger. In the living room, you can watch movies before going to bed. The lovely garden with a pond invites you to enjoy the hours of sunshine. You can relax with a cool drink or read a book in silence. Children can romp and play to their heart's content.

This is a fantastic region for cyclists and hikers. Mont-St-Michel, Saint-Malo, and Dol de Bretagne are definitely worth a visit. Supermarkets and restaurants are at 2 km. The lively town center is 5 km if you wish to enjoy the streetscape and go shopping. There is a lake at 5 km for a pleasant day out.

A cot and a high chair are made available on request. You can also bring a pet here. There is a washing machine available next to the holiday house to wash-off your laundry. You may park your vehicles on the lawn next to the patio with the two sides open.

The friendly owner lives on the right-hand side of the house, which faces the back of the house, so there is no overlooking.

Fijne accommodatie gelegen aan een rustige weg. Behoudens een vriezer is alles aanwezig wat nodig is in een vakantiehuisje. Wel zelf beddengoed meenemen. Wat erg attent was, was dat er bij aankomst een stapel crêpes klaar lag en een welkom pakket met drinken. Een andere leuke bijkomstigheid is dat je je eigen groente en broodresten als voer mag geven aan de kippen.

Een heel mooi huis met een prachtige tuin met vijver en petanqueveld. Het overdekt terras met barbecue is heel aangenaam. Het huis heeft een zeer goede ligging. Het is slechts een half uur rijden naar de Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo en Dinan. Dol-de-Bretagne ligt vlakbij en is ook de moeite waard. We werden gastvrij ontvangen door de eigenares. Er stonden Bretoense pannenkoeken, verse eieren en bier voor ons klaar. Een aanrader!

Un petit coin de Paradis

Une maison moderne offrant des prestations de qualité: cuisine totalement équipée (lave-vaisselle, micro-onde, four, plaque de cuisson... mais aussi lave-linge). Tout y est confortable et accueillant. Rien ne manque!! La vue est imprenable, rien de tel que de prendre le petit-déjeuner, déjeuner et diner en terrasse dans le calme , les fleurs et la verdure de cette belle maison. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, chaleureux, adorables, prévenants. Chaque séjour est l’occasion de se ressourcer, tout en se sentant comme chez soi. Nous reviendrons

Magnifique propriété !! Excellent séjour.

Les propriétaires sont accueillants et bienveillants avec des petites attentions qui font plaisirs. La propriété est très bien entretenue et sa situation est parfaite pour visiter les différentes villes : Dinan, Dinard Saint Malo, Le Mont Saint Michel etc...Mon fils a pu profité du lac de pêche situé dans la propriété.

Bij aankomst zijn wij vriendelijk ontvangen en de pannenkoeken stonden klaar. Het huis en de tuin zijn zeer goed onderhouden en zien er keurig uit, alles is in huis aanwezig. In het dorp is maar 1 bakker maar die gaat pas om 8:30 open. Op een kleine 7 km rijden naar Dol de Bretagne heb je meer keus een van de bakkers daar gaat om 6:40 open. De omgeving bv. Mont Saint Michel of Sint Malo liggen op 30/40 km rijden. Wij hebben van de eigenaar van het huis ook nog een aantal leuke plaatsen gekregen die de moeite waard waren om te bezoeken. Wij hebben het er goed naar ons zin gehad. Het is een aanrader voor iedereen.

Geweldige ontvangst door de eigenaren, zelfs de pannenkoeken stonden voor ons klaar. Vriendelijke mensen, maar spraken alleen Frans. Google translate was dus een hele uitvinding. De woning was voor ons gewoon een paleisje. Volledig ingericht, heel ruim en uitermate schoon. Prachtig uitzicht op de enorme tuin met een eigen visvijver. Groot terras met diverse zitjes en een gedeelte overdekt met ingebouwde barbecue. Omgeving is prachtig, maar eigenlijk hoef je bij dit huis niet weg te gaan want het was daar alle dagen genieten. Ook de natuur in de tuin zelf was prachtig en hebben veel eekhoorns, vogels, uilen, hagedissen, kikkers en zelfs een paar herten daar op visite gehad.

Het huis is perfect! Ruim, zeer schoon en erg luxe. Het is gelegen net buiten het dorpje Epiniac aan een rustige weg waar af en toe wat landbouwverkeer voorbij komt. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk, spreken zoals de meeste Fransen geen Engels, maar zijn zeer gastvrij. Ze wonen naast het huis, maar bemoeien zich verder niet met je. Ze zijn echter wel bereikbaar en vriendelijk in de omgang. Het huis is een prima uitvalbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Saint Malo, Mont Saint Michel, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne en Cancale liggen allemaal in de buurt en zijn een bezoek meer dan waard. Voor de visliefhebbers ligt er ook nog een vijver voor de deur waar gratis gebruik van kan worden gemaakt. De hond mocht ook mee. Tuin is echter niet omheind. De vijver zit vol met voorns. We hebben ons zeer vermaakt!

Een luxe ruime woning, prachtige keuken, flinke badkamer, hartelijke franssprekende eigenaars, die gedurende het verhuurseizoen deze woning beschikbaarstellen en zelf aanzienlijk krapper aan de zijkant van het huis wonen. Een mooi terras met tuinset en ligstoelen grenzend aan het huis en rondom het huis een enorme tuin met vele schitterende bloemperken, een grote vijver, extra zitje. Zelfs een ijsvogel gezien bij de vijver. Alles is prima onderhouden en superschoon.

Im August 2017 waren wir das zweite mal in diesem schönen Ferienhaus .Der Empfang war wieder sehr herzlich, die Crêpes von Madame Glemont bei Ankunft sehr lecker.Wenn man fragt bekommt man auch schoene Tips wo man z.B. gut essen gehen kann. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub bevorzugt ist hier genau richtig. Wenn man Glück hat kann man sogar von der Terrasse aus Rehe beobachten die aus dem Waeldchen hinter dem See luken.Zum Oertchen Dol simd es ungefähr 10 Min. mit dem Auto. Auch zum Meer z.B.Vievir sur mer oderCerrueix sind es ungefähr 20Min. Wer Kinder hat und gerne auch draussen z.B Federball spielt hat genügend Platz. Das Haus ist sehr sauber die Inneneinrichtung wie auf den Fotos. Wir werden sicherlich nochmals dort Urlaub machen Familie Rimpler aus Duisburg

De ontvangst door Martina en Jean-Yves, de eigenaren, was uitermate vriendelijk. We kregen een courgette, een aantal pruimen uit eigen tuin en crèpes aangeboden. Het vakantiehuis ligt echt landelijk en als er tien auto's op een dag voorbij komen is dat al veel. Echt een aanrader voor mensen die op zoek zijn naar rust. Voor de boodschappen moet je gemiddeld 8 km rijden richting Dol-de-Bretagne, daar is een grote Intermarché. De bakker, ook de enigste winkel in het dorp, is ± 2 km van het vakantiehuis. Verder valt er over de accommodatie totaal geen minpunten te plaatsen. Kortom een perfecte locatie voor de natuur- en rustliefhebber.

Eigenlijk kunnen wij alleen maar alle onderstaande recensies bevestigen... Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van onze vakantie, alles zag er spik en span uit, een hele vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer- en gastvrouw en ook is alles goed schoon en hygienisch. Wij waren met ons dochtertje van 7 mnd en het huisje was hiervoor ook van alle gemakken voorzien! Tevens is de locatie een goede uitvalsbasis voor prachtige bezienswaardigheden zoals de Mont st Michel, St. Malo (bij slecht weer ook de moeite om het mooie zee aquarium te bezoeken), Dinan, Dinard, Dol de Bretagne en Rennes. Wij hebben genoten! En raden dit mooie huis zeker aan...
