"Very friendly staff, unfortunately their convenient store was under stocked. Breafast was decent. But no fruit available or non pork breakfast proteins other than powder eggs and a few cold hard boiled eggs. Room was clean no complaints there. I'd stay here again."

Our friends from Tacoma receive two marketing calls a day later asking them to take part in surveys. Sheet ripped, I'm not even sure if it had been changed. Never had room service for breakfast before where they told me they didnt serve coffee and I would have to go downstairs for it. Room service staff do not come across as professional, rather teenagers with poor phone skills. "

"Worse experienced we had. We arrived late and my reservation was cancelled as No show. We end up no where to stay. The front guy was not helpful at all. I guest it was meant not to stay that hotel. Terrible location and hotel itself looks terrible."

"I’m really not a complainer but… Everything was fine until we went to breakfast. They used the absolute flimsiest plastic ware and cheapest paper plates. There was NO breakfast meat— no bacon or sausage. There wasn’t even any powdered eggs! You could make a waffle, or pour meatless gravy over cold biscuits. "

"The room was quiet and comfortable despite the hotel being located very close to a major airport and on a major city thoroughfare. The decor was elegant and quite beautiful. Nice place."
