Villa located at the top of a small wooded hill on a pine forest of 4400 m², located on terraces in the middle of olive trees, facing south, with dominant views on the castle and the village of Entrecasteaux, as well as on the Massif des Maures . The town is located on the Côtes de Provence wine route. Very close authentic medieval village, accessible by forest path. Villa not overlooked and without nuisance. Fenced land.

Great villa in superb location

This is our 6th year to stay around Entrecasteaux and we love the hill top location of this villa which overlooks the village. We’ve come to love the understated village of Entrecasteaux. One or two minor maintenance issues but the property was professionally cleaned before we arrived. Great pool and there is a good utility room for food storage and with additional fridge freezers. Would rebook.

The villa was quite pleasant with a lovely pool and splendid views. We had a nice stay and no real complaints other than the whole place was a little tired and looking like “end of season” condition. Parasols broken and lashed up with shot cords. No cushions for outside plastic patio furniture. Broken shower head (quickly replaced). Just a bit basic and scruffy sums it up. Two things did irritate. Firstly, the host seemed quite annoyed because we arrived 1/2 hour early. Offered to wait in the car until appointed hour but no reply. Secondly , for two nights there was very loud music and drunken shouting from next door villa. Not the owners fault but very unwelcome.

We stayed at L'Olivade in Entrecasteaux in June 2018. We are a large family group with 7 adults, 1 teenager and 3 young children. We had an amazing time and would have no hesitation in recommending this rental. The photos on the site are accurate but do not do justice to how beautiful the house and pool really are. The house is modern and well equipped. The rooms are spacious and we never felt crowded even though there were 11 of us. There are no internal stairs which is good for families with small children. There is a stairs outside leading to the pool area. The pool was our favourite part of the house. It is large and well maintained. It overlooks the village and the valley below but is completely private and secluded. There is a pool alarm which was very reassuring with 3 young kids in our group. The poolside area is lovely but there is only room for 4-5 sun loungers by the pool. The grounds are lovingly maintained with beautiful flowers, olive trees and fruit trees. There is also an outdoor terrace with a built-in barbecue grill and a petanque court. We cooked and ate outside on the terrace every day and there was plenty of seating for the 11 of us. The village of Entrecasteaux is small but has a bakery, tabac, post office and several bars/restaurants. The drive to the village is about 5 minutes. You can walk to the village through a forest trail which has very nice views but the trail is steep and rocky and not suitable for young kids or people with mobility issues. Entrecasteaux is a good base for day trips to places such as Tourtour, Abbaye du Thoronet, Aix and Cotignac. It is also about an hour to get to the beaches on the Mediterranean. We LOVED our stay here. The owners and local manager were responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The house and especially the pool were amazing. We highly recommend it and will definitely consider a return visit.

Séjour agréable

Cette villa a été le cadre idéal pour un regroupement familial avec 4 petits enfants. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine bien sécurisée et nous, les adultes, avons apprécié le calme et le confort de la maison climatisée. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette villa de 5 chambres et 3 salles de bains. La piscine, le jacuzzi et l'équipement très complet ont rendu notre séjour des plus agréables. La maison est très bien équipée et parfaitement située en surplomb du village avec une vue imprenable sur le château. Le petit sentier qui relie la villa au village ajoute un charme fou à l’ensemble. La survenue d’une petite panne sur l’installation de la piscine a permis de constater que le propriétaire était très attentif et réactif. Je recommande vivement cette location

Maison située dans un cadre de verdure très agréable. Les extérieurs sont bien aménagés. Seule la piscine n’est pas assez chauffée pour cette saison. Grande pièce de vie et cuisine aménagée. Chambres correctes. Les salles de bain demanderaient un peu d’entretien. Un ménage mériterait d’être plus approfondi. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires et la personne d’accueil.

La maison est superbe très confortable, hyper spacieuse, rien ne manque. Les extérieurs et vue sont splendides. Point négatif : Nous avons porte notre choix sur cette maison pour la piscine chauffée pour nos 3 petits enfants ce qui nous a été annoncé comme ok a notre arrivée pour une eau a 26. Cela n'a pas été le cas la piscine n'a donc pas pu être utilisée. Grosse déception pour tous. La salle en option (350 euros/semaine) comprenant jacuzzi, sauna, billard et accessoires de sport est un réel plus Tout était d'une propreté irréprochable.

Fietsweek in de Provence

De gehele groep heeft genoten van het verblijf in L’Olivade in Entrecasteaux. We verbleven er met 10 volwassenen en maakten gebruik van alle faciliteiten met uitzondering van de fitnessruimte. Wel mochten wij hier onze racefietsen stallen. Waarvoor onze oprechte dank! Opvallend was ook de vriendelijke ontvangst door Mevr. Catala. Als enige minpunt valt te vermelden dat het zwembad in de late namiddag niet meer in de zon lag. Genieten op de strandbedden was er daarom niet bij. Séjour à Entrecasteaux

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans une superbe propriété à vue panoramique imprenable et entourée d'oliviers. Les équipements sont au Top , mieux vaut prévoir un peu de temps pour les déplacements et pour les sportifs , pensez à descendre à Entrecasteaux par les marches qui vous conduisent directement au centre du village face au château.😉 Merci à Mr et Mme Lefèvre 👍

Belle experience

L’emplacement de la villa est parfait, extérieurs très très agréables, il y a tout pour passer un très bon moment entre amis ou en famille. Chambres confortables et préparées avec soins. Très belle villa

Superbe séjour passé en famille et entre copains. La villa est conforme au photo. Les points forts sont les grandes chambres ainsi que la literies, salle de bains, grand salon, grandes terasses, terrain de pétanque et le spa et jacuzzi au top. Les points faibles, la piscine n’est pas chauffée en Avril grosse déception alors que c’était dans la description et un billard français… Point de vue geographie, la villa n’est pas du tout a 30 min des gorges du Verdon comme fela était indiqué… En globalité c’est un belle établissement et je recommande.

Villa d'une propreté irréprochable et super bien équipée dans un environnement paisible et magnifique. Petit village à proximité où l'on trouve boulangerie, boucherie, supérette, bar, tabac. Seul point négatif : les serviettes de plage n'étaient pas fournies contrairement à ce qui était dans l'annonce. On les aurait prévu si on avait su ! Situation géographique excellente à mi-chemin entre Georges du Verdon et la Côte d'Azur ! N'hésitez pas à y aller

Waanzinnig verblijf

Zeer vriendelijk welkom, en wat een geweldig mooi- en ruime woning met een uniek uitzicht vanaf het terras en zwembad. De woning bied maximale privacy, ruimte en comfort met uitzicht op Entrecasteaux. In het dorp is o.a. een bakker en een aantal mooie restaurants waaronder Le Tempo! Ook zijn in de omgeving veel activiteiten en bijna dagelijks markten en ben je binnen een uur aan de kust of in de Gorges du Verdon.

Mooi, ruim en goed gekoeld huis op rustige locatie. Heerlijk zwembad. Wat weinig ruimte buiten.

Mooi, ruim, schoon huis met 5 slaapkamers op een heuvel met fantastisch uitzicht. Mooi terras om te eten en te kletsen. Heerlijk zwembad, met apart deel voor de hele kleintjes. Airconditioning die de kamer/keuken goed koelt en ook de slaapkamers redelijk koel houdt, ondanks 35+C temperatuur overdag. Het huis ligt aan een doodlopende straat, altijd rustig. Dichts bijzijnde dorpje Entrecasteaux is via een (steile) wandeling in 10 minuten bereikbaar of met de auto (omrijden). Er is een bakker en kleine supermarkt en diverse leuke restaurantjes. Voor uitgebreide boodschappen 15-20 minuten rijden naar Salerne. In de omgeving zijn een aantal leuke dorpjes met de bekende marktjes, maar niet echt druk toeristisch. De kust is in +/- 1 uur te bereiken evenals de Gorges du Verdon. Marseille en Aix-en-Provence zijn met ruim een uur rijden bereikbaar.

Agencement spacieux de la maison. Très belle piscine d'eau salée isolée. Super vue sur le village et la campagne. Terrasse couverte et de nombreuses possibilités sur le grand terrain.
