We really loved the property, I have never seen such a great breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet in the main restaurant. Room and private pool were great. spa treatment was amazing. However, inconsistencies in service across the board (example: some guests were allowed to have breakfast outside before 7:30, some others while holding their baby needed to wait until exactly 7:30) and the overall cleanliness of the main pools (often accompanied by loads of bird poop) are simply unacceptable for a hotel with this rating and price point. Housekeeping seemed to be all over the place, same with bellhops and “Finest Club” amenities/service at the pool and beach.

The room was always clean; room service was quick and ready to assist us. The staff was phenomenal! They went above and beyond to make our stay the most enjoyable and comfortable. They remembered our names, our orders, provided suggestions to places, and facilitated anything we needed. It was truly an amazing experience. I would definitely do it again.
