### Haltinmalla by Interhome

Haltinmalla is a new and magnificent villa in the middle of the unique scenery of lake Kilpisjärvi. Direct view from the cabin and the large covered terrace to the fell Saana. Hydro massage bath on the terrace!  
  
430 km to the northwest from Rovaniemi, located in Kilpisjärvi in the Salmivaara area, about 500 m distance to the lake Kilpisjärvi, shared beach, road between the cabin and the beach. Marina and boat ramp 500 m, there is also a shared lean-to shelter in the area. Rowing boat. Outboard motor Honda 5 hp (four-stroke) for rent, the customer brings fuel, more information and rental directly from the owner.   
  
Thermal log villa, built in 2022\. Large and bright living room / kitchen, 200 cm wide motorized double bed in the bedroom, view of the fell Saanatunturi from the bedroom, 160 cm wide double bed in the another bedroom. Separate WC with shower, utility room.  
  
Sauna compartment with sauna room, washroom, living area and WC. In the living area there is sofa bed and smart TV 55", two showers in the washroom. Access to the sauna compartment is from a covered terrace.   
Covered terrace is on two sides of the villa. The total size of the terrace is about 80 m².   
Car shelter for two cars and storage. Barbeque hut with window in the roof.  
  
Note! Final cleaning is included in new reservations made after 13.9.24.  
  
There are solar panels for small-scale electricity production.  
  
Starting from 27.4.25, 2 fat bikes will be available, provided that they are in good condition after previous users.
