- Modern spacious house. 2800sqft house, 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms and 1 triple room) all modern amenities, bedrooms are large with 2 bedrooms ensuite. Perfectly located in Enniscrone, located between the Diamond Coast Hotel and Enniscrone town.
Comfortable home with underfloor heating throughout. There is a sitting area, a dining area and a kitchen. It also includes an outside decking area and large private garden.

This property located on the world famous Wild Atlantic Way is 5 minutes walk from Enniscrone beach, 5 minutes walk from Diamond Coast Hotel. 8 minutes walk to the Enniscrone Golf Club and 8 minutes walk to the centre of Enniscrone town. It is 50 km from Sligo town. and is 12 km from Ballina town.
