El personal de recepción muy amable. El apartamento a estrenar prácticamente. Solo tengo que decir que la nevera hacía demasiado ruido. El spa está muy bien. La ubicación del hotel es muy tranquila. A las afueras de Reinosa y puedes ir a Nestares andando en 5 minutos. Aconsejo hacer el paseo fluvial hacia Reinosa.

Alojamiento muy recomendable, estuve 6 noches, sin duda si vuelvo a ir a la zona repetiré. Muy nuevo y limpio, buen mantenimiento, aire acondicionado, ventanas de primera con insonorización perfecta, sábanas limpias que cambiaron a los 5 días, yo no cocino, pero tenía vitrocerámica, microondas, campana extractora, por cierto muy bonita, cacerolas, sartén, cubiertos, etc, creo que todo lo básico para cocinar y cafetera de toda la vida. El baño tenía una bonita y gran ducha, secador de pelo, toallas limpias que cambiaron a los 3 días, champú, gel de baño, crema corporal, cubo para desechables, cepillo de dientes, gorro de ducha y unos clínex. El trato del personal perfecto, el desayuno bien pero creo que caro, el Spa bien con una piscina con varios tipos de chorros y agua calentita, jacuzzi y sauna seca, no te olvides el gorro de baño o serán otros 3 euritos. Tenía parking exterior gratuito, otro punto a su favor, entrada adaptada para silla de ruedas, en fin, estancia genial para volver.

Au comptoir, l'accueil, en espagnol, est plus commercial que chaleureux : des formulaires à signer mais la facture envoyée par mail est toujours attendue. Grand studio propre, clair et impersonnel (aucune info en dehors d'un QR code, pas de petite bouteille d'eau dans le réfrigérateur, pas de charlotte dans la salle d'eau). L'insonorisation laisse à désirer ainsi que le confort de la literie. Le bâtiment est neuf avec un stationnement autour. L'ensemble aurait pu être bien mais c'était décevant.

El apartamento donde nos alojamos era amplio y cómodo, con unas vistas muy lindas al campo. Se puede ir andando a Reinosa donde hay muchas opciones para comer o cenar

Nous pensions que ce serait un hôtel haut de gamme. La literie est de très mauvaise qualité. Matelas inconfortable, dur comme du carton. Le spa est en option et ce n'est pas précisé sur le site. De plus il faut des tongs et des bonnets de bain. Ce n'est pas précisé sur le site. Pas de thé ni de café de bienvenue proposé en chambre, ni de bouteilles d'eau.
