Breakfast was great. Staff at breakfast was very helpful. Bed was clean, the bathroom was in poor condition. Cracks in ceiling and water damaged not repaired very well. Mirror on door was dirty. Light in ceiling was missing parts. I have pictures if you ’re interested. Checking in was very slow.

Our air conditioning did not work properly the whole time we stayed. The staff downstairs was very friendly. Walked passed one of the cleaning and they did not even say Hi or make eye contact. Comfort Inn & Suites Dayton Northwest - Englewood
The night shift guy was very rude upon my arrival, but the rest of the front desk staff was wonderful. I enjoy the area it's close to shopping and dining areas as well as the highway. Will be returning soon.
