Restaurants & Circle K are a 2 minute drive, 5-10 minute bike ride, or 15-20 minute walk away. Screened porch & outdoor sitting area is a perfect chill spot. The host has everything you could need and more especially for someone flying who can’t pack things like beach chairs and umbrellas. The little shed on the property was full of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys and a convenient tote to help you transport everything to the beach. Host supplies plenty of beach towels too! The courtyard was beautifully done with plenty of outdoor seating. We personally enjoyed the screened in porch for late night conversation when the mosquitos tend to be on the prowl. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils, pots and pans which was perfect for our family since we tried to eat/cook at the condo as much as possible to avoid eating out. There is a propane grill too! The condo is very spacious. The three rooms are all very private since they are located in their own separate spots in the condo. Each room also had its own tv. The television in the living room was massive which was great for watching college football on Saturday. Check in was super simple, as was check out. The host was very responsive and easy to voice any concerns to. Manasota Key itself was quaint and very private. The beach was not crowded and the water was still warm for October. We visited a couple restaurants for a date night: Lock N Key and Magnolias on the Bay. Highly recommend! ##### Whitney T. The second story porch gave us a view of the beach and a lively sea breeze. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed including a dishwasher and multiple TV screens. Great outdoor shower. Enjoyed the pool table. Got up for Sunrise, and Turtle Patrol was excavating a nest at the beach. Watched 7 baby turtles make it to the surf. We just had to walk down a little path. It was clean, and there were beach-y things ready to use (towels, chairs, etc). The only thing is the 2nd bathroom listed is an outdoor shower head for rinsing off after the beach. It was a tough week for my family to share one bathroom.
