The stairs were a bit daunting at first, but the amazing views made the climb worth the effort. Everything in the unit felt new, fresh and clean. Each of the 3 balconies has a lovely view of the gulf or the bay, so sunrises and sunsets were wonderful. We very much appreciated the pool on the few days where red tide made the beach impossible. Great location with a wonderful pool and boardwalk to the beach. The complex also has a new tiki hut to grill out at, eat or watch the sunset. Parking is a little tight but it was manageable in our minivan and my husband’s SUV parked behind. The stairs are a little daunting when unloading but again, manageable.
