This luxurious getaway is within walking distance of dining options, a state park, and less than 300 feet from the beach. Spend sunny days by the turquoise waters of the Gulf. Explore the trail at Stump Pass Beach State Park, a 12-minute walk away. Venture to North Beach Road for a selection of dining options within a 15-minute walk. Walk trails, rent a jetski, take a dolphin/manatee tour or try your luck with some in-shore fishing! Additional options, along with shops, farmer's markets the minor league team for the Tampa Bay Rays are a short drive across Tom Adams Bridge. Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts. This three-story house is accessed via one step at the entryway. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
