EXPLORE – EXPERIENCE – ENJOY…Soak up the sun and spend quality time by the private pool overlooking a peaceful lake at this Englewood, Florida home - Situated within walking distance to highly desirable Dearborn Street shopping, entertainment, food, drinks, and only a 5-minute drive to beautiful Englewood beach! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation home features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Smart TVs, and plenty of seating for relaxation between outings. The house can accommodate up to 4 guests.   
  
From the sunny front porch with rocking chairs for relaxing and watching the world go by, you enter the home to an inviting living room. Beautifully decorated, the room has plenty of space for entertaining and a large flat screen Smart TV with streaming services provided. Adjoining the living room is a den with additional comfortable seating, perfect for you to enjoy all your favorite books! The dining room area has two large windows to enjoy the view and a table for 6 for all your family birthdays or holiday celebrations! Boasting a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, granite countertops, glass tiled backsplash, stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of cabinets, and everything you need to cook your favorite recipes.   
  
Enjoy a “siesta” in the primary bedroom with beautiful modern décor, appointed with a king bed, walk-in closet, floor full length standing mirror, ceiling fan, and a flat-screen Smart TV. Open the barn door to your very own en-suite bathroom - offering nice finishes, subway tiles, a single sink over a large wood vanity giving you lots of counterspace, a walk-in shower with pebble flooring and glass door. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and a flat screen Smart TV. The guest bathroom has beautiful finishes as well, a single vanity with a sink, granite countertop, and a shower-over-the-tub combination. All bathrooms have hair dryers. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer - All linens, towels and pool towels are provided. The home has Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and also facilitates a convenient self-check-in lockbox process, so you can start your vacation from the moment you arrive!   
  
The house has a 2-car garage and ample parking also available in the driveway for our guests. In addition, there are 2 bikes and a cooler backpack, beach chairs and umbrella - all for guests to use. There is also workout equipment in the garage, a bench plus two adjustable Bowflex dumbbells and a Yoga mat.  
Please note, this house is equipped with a ring doorbell camera by the front door.   
  
The outside lanai and pool cage feature a panoramic view, fully connecting you to the outdoors! With gorgeous water views, breathtaking sunsets, and unique Florida wildlife! The large caged pool has optional electric heat. Enjoy a refreshing cocktail, soak up the sun on the spacious pool deck, or have a nice conversation on additional lounging area with fire pit and chairs – perfect to make some S’mores after a fun day on the beach!   
  
Visit the many excellent restaurants that cater to all tastes. With easy access to the myriad of events held throughout the year – Farmer’s Market, boutiques, galleries, cafes, music, art, FUN…and so much more! Complete your vacation experience kayaking the waterways or enjoying the gulf sunsets. Conveniently located just 5 minutes’ drive from the local beaches at Manasota Key. There are three major county park beaches at the north, middle, and south end of the Key. The gorgeous white sandy beaches are full of activities - Shelling, snorkeling, boating and beach combing are some of the activities within minutes of your doorstep. 20-minute drive from the Boca Grande Causeway with first class saltwater fishing and water sports facilities, all in easy reach. The Cape Haze Peninsula is also home to the Tarpon and Snook capital of the world - Boca Grande.

Really enjoyed our month long stay in Englewood Florida. House was nicely appointed, perfect for my wife and I. Pool was great- overlooked a pond with many different bird sightings- great blue and blue herons, whistling ducks, storks and more. Close to beaches, nearby bike and walk trails and golf courses. Property manager responded quickly for any issues that came up. Overall a very positive experience.
