Coastal Condo Retreat!

We have a 2nd-floor with vaulted ceilings + skylights, 2 BR/2BA, tastefully furnished condo available for short-term rental. This condo has a dedicated office area, a full-sized washer & dryer for your convenience during your stay, a full kitchen, updated stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with all the cookware, utensils, cutlery, table settings, glassware, wine glasses, coffee pot, dishtowels, and more.
Get a good night's rest in your comfortable king-size bed with clean linens and extra pillows. Wake up to oversized towels awaiting your refreshing morning shower that freshens you up for your busy or relaxing day - you choose! The master suite hosts a king bed, TV, direct access to the lanai, and a walk-in closet. The adjacent master bath has a vanity sink and a large walk-in tiled shower. The guest bedroom offers two comfortable twin beds with an adjacent full bathroom and shower/tub. All hotel-style bedding, linens, and towels are included.

Guests will have full access to the numerous resort-style community amenities including the clubhouse, heated pool with plenty of beach lounge chairs & tables, tennis/pickleball courts, fitness center, shuffleboard courts, and picnic area complete with BBQ grills and picnic tables. Plenty of daily activities are posted at the Fiddler's Green Clubhouse to keep you active & engaged during your stay.

The spacious living area is light and bright with sliding doors to the private screened-in oversized lanai and is complete with plenty of seating along with a TV, complimentary WiFi, and ceiling fans throughout. Cook up something wonderful in the full kitchen and enjoy your creations at the dining table or out in the lanai as an alfresco meal.

Located minutes from the iconic white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, Palm Island, wonderful waterfront restaurants, live music, Don Pedro Island State Park, Manasota Key, Englewood Beach, Boca Grande, and its quaint shopping district. The convenient location is also close to the hiking trails at Myakka State Forest. There are just LOTS to do including golfing, tennis, swimming, hiking, fishing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, bird watching, and shelling!
Grab the beach chairs, beach bag, cooler, and beach towels that are conveniently provided for you during your stay at our vacation condo, and then head on out to any one (or all) of your favorite beaches!
For those golf lovers, you will be just a short drive to several great golf course options! Being surrounded by Wildflower Environmental and Amberjack Environmental parks, wildlife abounds in this community!
Please note that we are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies for our guests including 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 2 paper towel rolls for the kitchen, and basic soap/shampoo for the bathrooms. Some cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap, etc. may be in the unit, however, we do not stock these items regularly for our quests. Please plan accordingly for your relaxing stay.

Final note, reservation requests are not guaranteed until an Owner’s Lease Agreement and Association Approval Form have been approved, and notification has been communicated to you.

The duration of rental periods is a minimum of 30 days.

Fiddler's Green Condominium II (FGII) Association By-Laws must be complied with for the duration of your stay.
