The home is a short walk away from the Center City and Independence Hall (liberty bell) tourist attractions. Camac Street is one of the city’s most historic and beautiful residential streets. The home has been rehabbed to include brand new electric, marble bathrooms, designer fixtures, a brand new kitchen and new floors.

Each bedroom and it’s corresponding bathroom is located on a private floor. The home is steps away from the best Philadelphia dining, including Vetri Cucina, a half block away (a James Beard award winning restaurant), Mercado, located next door, and countless others including several Steven Star restaurants.

The home is also located just 2 blocks away from Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Wills Eye, and Pennsylvania Hospital (UPenn). Finally, it’s just 2 blocks away from Broad Street and the Septa and Patco public transit lines.
