Salty Sea Breeze - 1806 Manasota Beach

The beautiful two-bedroom home is situated a short walk over the bridge to the beach. Interior designer furnished and fully equipped with everything you could need. Large open plan living room with sofas, table, and large screen TV. Dining table with chairs. Sliding glass doors lead to the pool area, the pool can be electrically heated for a charge in winter months. The kitchen overlooks the living and dining area and is fully equipped with all brand-new modern appliances.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a flat-screen 46-inch TV on the wall, doors onto the patio area, and a shower room. The second bedroom is great for families as it has a full bed and a twin trundle bed which can also convert to king. Also has flat flat-screen TV on the wall. There is a second full bathroom off this bedroom and also accessible from the living room.

The pool has a baby safety fence if required and is approximately 14 x 24 long. The pool can be electrically heated in winter for an extra charge and has a solar blanket on a roller to keep in the heat. 10 minutes to local shops and restaurants. Great location - hard to find such a nice home so close to the beach at a reasonable price!
