A Getaway
Pretty much as advertised. Very nice and spacious rooms, easy access to the beach, even for old timers like us. Restaurants were just a short drive, even those off the island.

Great location!
We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for us. We played on the beach all day and enjoyed the restaurants that were within walking distance. I’m glad we read in the reviews about the tight parking. We got a smaller rental car and had no issues.

Family trip
Finally were able to get the adult children away for a family vacation and the 3BR accommodations worked our great. Loved the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Gave us enough distance in the living space to do our own things and gather together for activities. Manager was able to get us in early to drop of food/supplies before heading to the beach. Loved Manasota Key. Secret paradise!

Great Ocean Front Property
We totally enjoyed our stay at this property. It was roomy and comfortable. The place was very clean. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job. The views of the ocean were good. The outside spigot to clean off your feet before going up to the condo had great water pressure. The elevator was very much appreciated. The kitchen had plenty of kitchen items to cook with if we had wanted to use it. Andrew was quick to respond and the check in process was great. The beach was private and beautiful. It was truly the best beach experience I’ve ever had. We were within walking distance to many good restaurants. The Lock and Key had hamburgers to die for.

Comfort at the beach
I was looking for a comfortable place on the beach for a family of 5. We had lots of space with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen, living room and dining area. The place was clean, roomy and right on the beach. It was exactly what we needed.

The only nice thing about the property was the 2 things they didn't provide, the beach and sunset. This property is very outdated and cheep. The microwave sounds like it going to blow up when you use it. The Livingroom fan has one speed, noisy and slow. The living room TV has no volume and when the property owner final got back to me about the TV, they said they would have a new TV installed...The day we checked out, Thanks. As stated in their description, they provide minimal nothing. A vacation is supposed to be relaxing not wondering what kitchen items I need. Ok, so bring some stuff with you. I brought k-cups for my morning coffee. Nope, they provide a $10 dollar general coffee pot. I had to make especial trip in the morning for ground coffee. No one uses ground coffee, especially on vacation. Horribly property. Spending a little of the expensive stay money to upgrade for a better vacation experience.

Other than a little issue with parking (when they say “it’s a little tight”, they aren’t kidding. Do NOT bring a crew cab long bed pickup truck… awesome layout for our blended family of 6, and lovely views from almost every room.

Best family trip yet
We arrived to our suite and everything was clean and we had plenty of amenities to keep us going for the week. Having the washer and dryer set up was phenomenal for a family with kids who love the beach lol . We had plenty of towels stocked in both bathrooms and really didn't need to bring extras. The view from all the balconies was fantastic. My whole family was impressed! ( Ages 7, 9, 15 and adults) Will definitely stay again!!

Perfect views
My family and I really enjoyed our time in this home. It was spacious, clean and a very short walk to the ocean. The elevator was so convenient for bringing in groceries, luggage and pets that are terrified of stairs. The beach was perfect and not overcrowded at all. I had only one issue my whole stay, the second bathroom window is completely transparent once the sun goes down, I’d recommend some type of shade or a foggy window tinting. Overall, I will definitely be returning to this little slice of paradise.

Nice location!
The layout of the rooms was great and the condo is spacious. Clean and comfortable. The private beach access was nice and the non-crowded beach was wonderful. Parking is tricky, as the space to pull in and out of it very tight. I can’t imagine being able to park in the assigned spaces in a larger SUV. Not really an issue for us, but thought it might be helpful to know upfront. Overall, the condo is nice and I’d definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was so nice to have private beach access. We had plenty of space to play in the sand and in the water. Just down the shore, at the public beach, it was packed. You’re a long ways from the public beach, so it was quiet and peaceful. I loved the turquoise painted boardwalk to the beach because it was easy to find my way back in the morning when I took a walk on the beach. The property is really nice. We had our meals out on the balcony where you can see the water. The kitchen had what we needed. There was plenty of room for us, my mom, my 3 school aged kids and myself. The listing described the property well. We didn’t have to contact the host for anything but when I just checked to say thanks, his reply was very prompt. Overall, one of my favorite stays. Would highly recommend!

Great memories made here
The condo is spacious and clean, and we found everything we needed. We used the inside table for our jigsaw puzzles and the table on the large deck for eating and enjoying the gulf view. One evening we cooked on the community grill which was great. It’s such a short easy walk to the beach. Andrew is a no-fuss host, answering quickly any questions, but giving us a simple check in and out process. The parking space is tight but my son was a pro getting the minivan in and out after the first day. It was a very nice vacation with lots of laughs, just too short!

Great location with private beach
This unit was actually an extension of our stay. This unit is amazing with a porch that has a Gulf view. The elevator opens right into the unit so it feels like a penthouse. Unit was clean. Andrew and his cleaning crew made transitioning from one unit to another very easy and got us into the new unit as quickly as they could. The unit had everything we needed including 4 beach chairs. The private access to the private beach area was incredible. Unit is within walking distance to food and music venues and the neighbors were all friendly and fun. We would definitely rent from Englewood again!

Nice location, poorly managed
Condo itself is spacious and steps away from the beach - just lovely. On-site property manager was terrible. We were not able to enter unit until 9 pm because it was not clean upon our arrival at 6:30. Even after leaving to give more time for prep, floors and bathrooms were still dirty when they were “ready” for us. Smoke alarm also went off on our 2nd night with no one available to assist. Host was responsive but we were at the mercy of the unprepared onsite manager. Parking VERY tight - we had trouble in our midsized SUV. Had the unit been ready timely and clean, we likely would have enjoyed our experience.

Experience couldn't be better!
Our experience was everything we could positively expect and more. Unit was clean, well equipped, and steps from the beach as mentioned. The unit was spacious and beds were very comfortable. There were several balconies in unit which we loved. Jacuzzi and in unit elevator made it so easy to load/ unload. Very close to restaurants and stores. There is no question we will return soon. Andrew and staff were very attentive and friendly. Feels as if I returned home 10 years younger.

Our stay at the beach was wonderful. Plenty of room for a family of five with two teenagers. The condo was exceptionally clean. Felt just like home . We loved being able to walk to the restaurants and shopping. There is also a free shuttle (Stubby’s) that works for tips. Can’t wait to book our next trip!

I absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is much bigger than it looks on pictures! It was so cozy, clean and quiet! Internet was high speed which was awesome for my husband to work! The check in and out process was very easy! The only difficulty was parking our truck! Parking is very tight!

Having new Yorkie pups in our family, this was the first time I rented a property that allowed pets. While nice, it came with obvious pet issues such as sheets that were full of black dog hair and had to be washed before we could go to bed. The carpets also showed obvious signs of pets. Not to sound too negative as the property overall was nice and convenient to the beach. Just a new experience with properties that allow pets. Parking at property is extremely tight.

Great Beach Location!!!
The property was great! Very clean and just as pictured online. It is a short 30-40 yard walk and your feet are in the sand. So convenient to get to the ocean. No roads to cross or driving to the beach. The beach is outstanding, not crowded and plenty of space to spread out and relax. We found over 200 shark teeth over the week, saw sea turtle tracks as the lay their eggs, and walked and night and caught a few ghost crabs. The island is great, very much “old Florida” style. Sidewalks, pastel houses, surf shop, small locally owned restaurants. A short 3 mile drive to grocery and major supplies. We drove one night to Blind Pass State park and walked the beach, amazing! Desolate beaches, and crystal clear water. Parking was tight around the building for our van but great communication with the owner to tell us about overflow parking that was only about 1 minute walk away from the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo is in great location, steps away from the beach. It is spacious but needs to be updated. Some furniture was dated and extremely smelly. The carpet in the bedrooms is old and dirty. One toilet and the dishwasher were leaking among other small issues. The manager was responsive and did his best to address the concerns. However when on vacation I do not want to waste my time dealing with such things. I'd come back in a heartbeat and pay extra for this unit if it was updated.

The property is well appointed, spacious, and clean. We were very comfortable. It does sit behind another building, but it’s a very short walk up the deck to get onto the beach. I will say the parking is VERY tight. We had a large SUV and had a LOT of trouble using the designated parking spot. A smaller SUV, crossover, or car would have been fine though.

Family Beach Getaway
Lots of space for family to spread out with a few hundred feet to beach. Very relaxed atmosphere and responsive property manager. Parking was a little tight but elevator was nice. Furnishings could use update but adequate. We thought fire pit on website was ours to use, but belonged to adjacent property. The beach was very nice and quiet compared to most during Spring Break!
