Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, spacious walk-in closet, Smart TV, and private en-suite bathroom.

Second Bedroom: Comfortable queen-size bed, Smart TV, and closet storage.

Third Bedroom: Two twin beds in a trundle-style arrangement, Smart TV, and closet storage.

All bedrooms include comfortable linens, room-darkening shades, ceiling fans, extra pillows and blankets, and portable fans.

The home also features two full bathrooms with showers. Bath towels, beach towels, and a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Private Pool & Outdoor Living

Step outside to your private screened-in pool and covered lanai, surrounded by tropical landscaping.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the outdoor sectional, watch your favorite shows on the lanai Smart TV, relax on the poolside loungers, or take a refreshing swim after a day exploring the Gulf Coast.

The backyard features lime and mango trees, adding to the tropical Florida atmosphere.

Pool Safety: A secured child safety fence with a gated entrance separates the covered lanai seating area from the swimming pool. The fence and gate must remain in place throughout your stay. Children must always be supervised by an adult around the pool.

Optional Pool Heating

Pool is complementary heated to 83 degrees. Additional pool is heat temperatures available for a fee beginning December 1.

* $25 per day
* $150 per week
* $500 for stays of 20–30 nights

Additional pool heating must be requested and arranged in advance. Water temperatures depend on weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

Beach Essentials & Garage Hangout

Heading to the beach? We provide a wheeled cooler, two sand mats, folding beach chairs, and beach towels for guest use.

Our garage also offers an additional recreational space with a fully screened opening, allowing you to enjoy the Florida breeze while keeping insects out.

We’re working toward transforming this space into a casual game room and hangout area.

Please note that the garage is available for recreational use only. Vehicle parking inside the garage is not permitted.

Guest Access

Guests enjoy private access to the entire home, swimming pool, covered lanai, screened garage recreation area, and two-car driveway.

Self-check-in is available through a convenient electronic keypad.

We know travel plans don’t always line up perfectly with check-in and checkout times!

Standard Check-In: 3:00 PM

Complimentary Standard Checkout: 12:00 PM (noon)

Optional flexible arrival and departure times:

* Early check-in at 1:00 PM — $60
* Extended early check-in at 11:00 AM — $100
* Late checkout until 2:00 PM — $60
* Extended checkout until 4:00 PM — $100

All early check-in and late checkout requests are subject to availability, cleaning schedules, and host approval. Requests must be arranged in advance.

Important House Rules

Smoking & Vaping: Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property, including the home, garage, lanai, and outdoor areas. Additional cleaning charges may apply for violations that require extra cleaning.

Pets: Pets are not permitted. Assistance animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable laws and Vrbo policies.

Parties & Events: Parties, events, and large gatherings are prohibited. Maximum overnight occupancy is six guests. Additional daytime visitors require advance host approval.

Pool Safety: Children must be supervised around the pool at all times. The child safety fence and gate must remain secured and in place.

Garage: The garage is for recreational use only. No vehicle parking is permitted inside.
