"The property was absolutely perfect for our trip. We were in town for a two day tarpon fishing trip down road in Boca Grande. Little house with 3 bedrooms located almost in the middle of island between beach and bay. 2 min walk to each. Very clean , and comfy. Parking was tight but no big deal. "This is a great little condo that is updated and clean. The amenities were great, including kayaks, bikes, outdoor shower, tons of beach gear.
