"My stay was disappointing due to poor service. Housekeeping was non-existent—they gave us cleaning supplies instead of cleaning the room. They also charge extra for coffee refills, which felt unreasonable. The hammam only worked for one of the three days we were there. To make matters worse, I was double-charged and had to call five times, waiting over a week to get my money back. The reception was almost always empty, making it hard to address issues. "Absolutely AMAZING views, comfortable rooms, and easy parking (an amazing amenity after being in larger towns in Germany & Austria!). There was some construction being done on the restaurant and community room, but there was a free breakfast provided for kloster guests at a nearby hotel. For dinner, take a short drive over to Ristorante Pizzeria Sapori for some amazing Italian food, and the most lovely restaurant owners!"

"Comfortable stay nestled in a beautiful area with two gorgeous lakes in walking distance. Room was comfortable. Dinner was a bit pricy but good quality and the staff were all very kind. No vale was present to help me with my bags, which were pretty heavy walking up flights of stairs but I guess if I had asked them for help they would have asked someone to come."

"The room is very clean and comfortable. It’s within walking distance to the Chur Train Station. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. There’s a small elevator to the room but to access the lobby from the front door is by stairs. The hotel front door and lobby is closed at 8 pm. No one can check you in after 8 pm. Overall it’s a wonderful hotel in Chur. "
