"Ich habe das Zimmer anhand des Fotos auf der Website gebucht, musste aber feststellen, dass keines der Zimmer einen Balkon hatte, das Zimmer war sehr heiß, da es nur ein kleines Fenster und keine Klimaanlage hatte, der Check-in- und Check-out-Prozess ist sehr kompliziert und verwirrend für den Reisenden, aber das Zimmer war sehr sauber und alles war sehr gut."

"Das Hotel ist komplett neu und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind modern, stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Das Einzige, was in unserem Zimmer gefehlt hat, war ein Mini-Kühlschrank. Dieser wäre eine sinnvolle Ergänzung und würde den Komfort noch weiter erhöhen. Da wir kühlpflichtige Medikamente dabeihatten, hat sich das Rezeptionsteam jedoch sofort darum gekümmert und unsere Medikamente im Kühlschrank gelagert, dafür ein großes Dankeschön. Als unsere Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert...

"Schöne Unterkunft, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Genau richtig für mich für die Durchreise oder Aktivitäten am Wochenende (war wegen einer Sportveranstaltung an diesem Wochenende in Köln). Einzigst negativ für mich, das Bett war zu weich. Ansonsten sehr schönes Zimmer"
