very well clean room and friendly staff and good breakfast and parking is perfect but only things bed in room is too soft and discomfort to sleep and wish have firm mattress update in future smile

The Niantic Inn is a perfect representation of what old small town Niantic had to offer with a vibrant modern upgrade in restaurants and entertainment! We loved our stay. Not a chain hotel. More like a seaside oasis! Beach passes are available to Hole in the Wall Beach as well. Sounds awful I know! But it's a Beach like no other in CT.Just like I remembered it growing up in Niantic! Not to mention the Niantic Bay Boardwalk that you can access from the beach. Support this place, it is small and uneventful in a wonderful way! The patio in the back was also a plus! Ate lunch out there and had drinks in the evening. Surprisingly, quiet back there on a Saturday night. It is right on Main Street! Anyone looking to experience Niantic should check it out! We will be back for sure!

The hotel was very quiet, and the location was convenient for my visit. The room seemed clean but smelled musty. The heat/AC was dusty and triggered my allergies when I turned it on. The TV didn't work properly, the screen kept displaying multiple-colored lines. I didn't report it as the desk was empty when I left.

The breakfast distinguished itself from a lot of comparable hotels in the area that include a breakfast. there was none of the really low quality dried out sausage instead they had nice pieces of bacon the eggs were fresh not all dried out they had squares of French toast which were a little chewy but still tasty. I didn't see any options for bottles of water that would've been nice but overall very good breakfast and that's something I look for.
