"This is a sweet convo with lovely views from all windows. There is a porch off the kitchen where you can sit and hear birds. Fragrant lilac as you come up the stairs to the door. Wanda was very easy to work with, friendly and available. We thoroughly enjoyed the coffee bar, and in all, had a wonderful stay."

"Great little cabin across from beautiful lake. Cabin is equiped with basic needs of dishware and utensils. Bring your own pillows, sheets, blankets and towels. I brought papertowels, toilet paper and cleaning wipes also. Bring extra blanket for chilly nights. Cabin is not insulated. Space heater is provided and did help in the small space. Could have sat on that frint porch for hours! Loon calls at night are very soothing. 100% recommend and hope to return next summer. No negative to report."

Can't be seen from the road or parking. Not handicapped friendly. Never found the pool, spa or other activities. Information should be provided in the unit. Overall I would recommend this unit. 4 🌟"

"A group of 8 of us came to my daughter's graduation from Law school from Friday to Monday. It was such a great way for all of us to interact. The house was fantastic! Spacious and clean and updated and modern. This was my first time doing it up line this vs hotel rooms. I will always use VRBO for our groups from now on. Everything was EXCELLENT!!!"

"Loved the historical charm and layout of the property. Check-in process was easy using the coded keyless entry. The backyard was enormous and we enjoyed the peace and privacy of the property. However, the gas grill was very dirty and needed a thorough cleaning before we could even use it. Also, the flavorizer/heat distribution bars were rusty and corroded and should be replaced. Excellent wi-fi in the farmhouse. Softest bed I've ever slept in, but I found it to be very uncomfortable. Nice flat...

"Cute cottage no bugs!! Overall the cottage was a great place to stay for weekend get away. I especially liked not seeing cobwebs or crawling insects! The owner was quick to respond to any concerns I had. I loved the water view from the deck and the stars at night were awesome! Chilling with a nice glass of wine was great!"

"His property was the perfect base to ski at Sunapee and explore the area around Newbury and New London. House is fully outfitted, and may be the most completely outfitted rental we've ever had! Plenty of clean quality pots and pans, plates, silverware, glassware, all nice and matched, furniture very comfortable And having its own gym was terrific. If you're looking for a place with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms in a relaxed setting, you can't go wrong with this. John, our host was responsive...
