- Relax in this newly renovated private half of a duplex in a quiet Upper Endicott neighborhood, less than 15 minutes from BingU, Guthrie, UHS, Wegmans, BJ’s, Walmart, Sam’s Club, and the restaurants, pizzerias, and bakeries of Little Italy.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, and a dedicated workspace, perfect for relaxing or working.
Ideal for couples, business travelers, visiting professionals, and guests seeking a quiet, comfortable home away from home. The convenient location makes it easy to enjoy the area while returning to a relaxing space at the end of the day.
I am a super host and have great reviews on another site, just new to listing here.
Please note: This is one side of a modern duplex. The neighboring unit is separately occupied and, while the home is designed for privacy, occasional normal household sounds may be heard.
