This is not a 5 star hotel. I have no problem with the hotel itself especially for the price just that I expected a 5 star as it was advertised as such. The A/C did not cool below 19.5-20C, the door handle was somewhat broken, and the pillows were uncomfortable. Not a 5-star experience. That being said the staff was great. I was only there one night so I did not complain.
