### Renovated studio at the slopes with terrace

Studio of approximately 26m2 located at the foot of the Super Sauze slopes at the arrival of the Sauze chairlift.  
  
It has an entrance with a mountain corner (two 90cm bunk beds), opposite a bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine.  
  
A large living room with open kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, microwave kettle and top fridge, a central island with hob and integrated oven, table with 4 chairs in the extension that separates you from the living room composed of 'a convertible sofa and a flat screen TV, all opening onto a balcony with a view of the ski slopes.  
  
The apartment is non-smoking.
