"The Mountain View’s were what everyone expected, perfect. The cows in the fields, the mule deer caught in our binoculars, and the prairie dogs skittering about the road were more than we expected and again, perfect. The house was better than best and totally set up for a good party of people. Everyone had a bedroom that suited them. The south facing porch is so great that I wish I had one on my house! People who watched football used that TV and the living room TV was for all the rest.There is a dining table in the kitchen that has a leaf hidden in the center. When in use you can get 8 people around it. Perfect! There is a large beautiful wood table on the porch that was used for games of cards. If you are ice users as we were, bring an extra bag. The fridge and freezer held what we brought, and the small fridge in the mud room was good for pop and water. If lazy boys are your thing, the couch on the porch has two. You could find me there! The fan was a welcome surprise. It was on a stand and we used it in a couple places when needed. In our case, the central air conditioning was a wonderful bonus.Yes, we may have used the dish washer a lot, but it worked very well and is a Bosch.The closets were all empty, which was a surprise. We weren’t expecting that kind of convenience for our clothing. Very thoughtful.On a silly note, the flyswatter was used a lot, and we were glad we had one. Some of us on this vacation totally expect to come back next fall!"
