Le petit déjeuner compris est bon avec un buffet bien servi. Pour le ski, un bus gratuit (funibus de couleur bleue) passe toutes les 20 minutes juste devant l'hotel pour accéder au funiculaire d'Encamp (prenez le, car c'est trop loin à pieds et avec un fort dénivelé). Un seul bémol: peu d'employés parlent français mais ils font tout pour aider et sont très serviables. Attention aussi aux prises électriques, les trous sont trop petits pour les grosses prises rondes avec prise de terre mais ok pour les autres. Hay parking económico en frente mismo. habitación y baño en buenas condiciones. Personal agradable. Pero la calefacción apagada i olía a cerrado o humedad y nos quedamos con la habitación inicial. Las camas duras y por la mañana se oye toda la gente por los pasillos y portazos. Poca insonorización.
