"Fues un servicio muy amable, tienen muy limpias las áreas y los alimentos ricos. Solo falta mayor señalamiento para ubicar la propiedad y mejorar el baño ya que tiene problemas para el agua caliente la atención de la ara Lety fue muy buena a diferencia de la otra persona que limpiaba las habitaciones era muy déspota"

"The hotel was very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful (they possibly didn't speak English, but they tolerated my awful Spanish very well) and the area is beautiful, although with that said, pretty much everywhere in Tepotzlan is beautiful."
