    "I did not end up staying at the Metropolitan, I asked to see the room and it was horrible. I left. Note to everyone Expedia does nothing to give back a full refund if the place is horrible !     "The staff were helpful and friendly. We saw employees cleaning common areas all day every day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the creative use of the building to make these cozy and comfortable rooms. I appreciated the free coffee in the morning. Just wish I had enough time to try out the sauna-guess we will have to return soon. This hotel/community space project is an innovative concept and we were happy to be able to experience being a part of it. We will be back!"
